I'm in disbelief! This company is insane! Poor quality, poor service, lack of communication, and the list goes on. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are not good at all. Please save your time and energy and transfer and find business else where! They are not worth it!

Great Service.

Ended up paying more than was quoted for use of roto vac in “high traffic” areas. Didn’t make a difference. Carpets in closets weren’t cleaned. Ultimately not worth the price. They left the carpets soaked, didn’t even apply fans to help dry faster. Took a whole day and a half to dry. Take your business elsewhere. I did not book the appointment, but as you can see by the invoice, I was definitely a customer.

I was incredibly Impressed with Servepro and especially Mr Paul Frost! Not only did the owner himself come out the same day I called, I truly felt like he cared about me as a customer. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Servepro and Paul to anyone!
