I worked with Jakob H and he was simply really great and informative. Tyler H . was assisting with removals and he was cleaning up just like it was his own space. Did such a good job. Chandler N. Was here to work the removal with and he spoke to me and explained further the job. Jakob and Tyler and this team was so impressive and really helped me to remain calm during a very stressful time. I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

Our experience with Acuity Builders was the best I have ever had with a contractor. After the hail storm we learned that our roof and air conditioner were damaged and had to be replaced. I called multiple companies and went with Acuity because they were the least expensive but also the quickest to get back to me. Ken Hawk came and talked to my husband and me personally, answering our many questions with patience and professionalism. He walked us through what the insurance process entailed and then took care of everything, including dealing with the insurance directly! The workers he hired were clean, polite and courteous, leaving no mess behind like other roofing companies have done. When a minor problem came up many months after the work was completed I called Ken and he had someone there within a couple of days- problem fixed! Imagine getting this kind of quality workmanship and customer service from the lowest bidder! Companies like this DO exist! I can not recommend Acuity Builders and Construction strongly enough!

The best in town

We had a second home in Az. flood from an upstairs toilet. I gave them a code, they took care of everything, including assessing, fixing, big fans to dry out, mold prevention, patched and repaired ceiling. Couldn’t even tell we ever had problems. All for $5000. Great timely response, which was needed in this situation.
