Had a water heater failure and called them right away. They did minimal demo, basically baseboards and a little sheetrock, and had everything dry in a couple of days. Seamless and efficient. I really appreciate their response and ability to work with our insurance. I recommend them to anyone with water remediation issues.

Had a need for water damage restoration services after my reverse osmosis unit leaked under my kitchen sink. Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place . I was really worried about mold because I have kids and the service that Next Gen Restoration AZ did put my mind at ease ! Josh was onsite within a couple hours of me calling him. We had a hot water pipe that leaked while we were out of town, so he immediately called in an environmental engineer to test for mold, etc. and to follow the proper protocol for remediation. After the testing was complete, his crew came onsite and removed all the cabinetry, carpet, drywall, insulation, etc in the affected area. They were neat & professional and were careful with several items like marble counter tops for re-use.

Josh made sure the project was done quickly - but more importantly, done right.

Hopefully, I am never in this situation again, but if I am, my first call will be to Josh.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.
