Best Construction Process in Phoenix AZ

I had my entire living room carpet filled with water after my washer decided to quit on me did my research found them on google and called, they did the rest. Cesar and his team dried my carpet made sure no possible water damage escalated to the walls with some really cool gadgets, fixed damaged baseboards and painted them. They show up on time very professional well organized !!! (especially Cesar Ontiveros) Water fighters is an excellent company that strives such good service this was the only company that truly listened to me and understood my stress and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations with NO SURPRISES.

Had a water heater failure and called them right away. They did minimal demo, basically baseboards and a little sheetrock, and had everything dry in a couple of days. Seamless and efficient. I really appreciate their response and ability to work with our insurance. I recommend them to anyone with water remediation issues.

Had to share some good words about the guys at ASAP Restorations. I was out with the family for dinner and a show. Was gone for about 5hours. When I turned on to our street I noticed water running down the driveway. To my dismay a toilet water supply line broke. I had water everywhere .Went online and found ASAP Restorations and Josh. Told him what happened and he had his crew there no lie in 30 minutes. Those guys were ontime everyday, curtious, clean and new there jobs. Never left a mess. My hats off to Jim, Tony and the rest. Would highly recomend them.

Our toilet leaked (from the bottom) and the bathroom had to be torn up to contain the mold and bacteria. When they first tore it up, I didn't think there was any way it would look the same.

We had three different guys come out for this project. The work was phenomenal--it looks like nothing ever happened. But all three of the guys were high quality people. They were prompt, cordial, professional, and any other superlative I can think to attach. They took care to do it right.

I can't rave enough about Square One Restoration!! We did a total remodel of our 1960s era kitchen (complete with the original floor and oven). We gutted the entire thing down to the concrete.

Ryan at Square One helped us from the very beginning of the project through the last detail. He guided us through the entire process of lay-out design and choosing the materials like cabinets, hardware, flooring and counter tops. We had no idea how many tradesmen I project like this would take ,we had a ton of people come into our home for the project: masonry men come seal up an exterior door, a carpenter for the cabinets, electricians for the can lights, pendants and additional outlets we added, a plumber, and a tile guy for the floors and backsplash Ryan was an expert at keeping us aware of when different people would be arriving, what to expect, what they were going to be working on and letting us know of any changes to the schedule. His communication was extremely transparent and attentive. Also, the work space of our home was kept extremely tidy and orderly. Aside from the obvious construction zone of our kitchen, all of the different tradesmen left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day, never leaving tools or materials laying around which we really appreciated!

I must also speak to Ryan's attention to detail. When remodeling an old home, you're bound to find a few surprises. One example that came up, our drain for our sink was tiled 1/2 an inch downward, instead of 1/2 inch backward, which was causing water to sit in the line. Our other sink cabinet had a dampness we could never figure it out. This is something that someone could have easily skipped by with us being none the wiser, but Ryan informed us he was going to have a plumber come correct the issue before continuing to move forward so everything was done the way it should be. It was corrected, and everything was right back on track. I can't thank him enough for treating our home as if it was his own, and making sure everything was perfect!

We are in LOVE with how it came out, and we now can't wait to remodel another area of our home with his help!!

Adam kriloff runs the best staff!! His employees are professional and trustworthy and are very knowledgeable on what they are doing. I'm one of those guy who watches while they work and I'm just in shock the team effort was on point. They will most definitely be the only people I call if I ever need anything. Cody who did the work did an amazing job his helper Layton was right there helping every step of the way
