Eric and Cameron were a delight to have in our home. Eric is very friendly and goes above and beyond. They did a great job with our initial water damage repairs so we hired them to paint our cabinets as well. Everything turned out great and we’d hire them again if we needed to!

I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. After my experience with Dan and his Team at Concept Restoration, everyone should have his number in their phones. Having never experienced water damage before, I was not prepared for what can happen so quickly. At 10:30pm I found water on my Wood Floors, turned off the Water to the house and started calling restoration companies with one hand and mopping up water with my other. The first company didn't answer so I went to the next one. After talking to Dan, he said his Team would be there in about 1-1/2hrs with everything they needed. By 2:30am I had about 20+ fans and 5 Dehumidifiers going and for the next week
they were there daily to check on the progress of drying out my Wood Floors. Dan and his Team did an exceptional job and I would, and have, recommended him to my friends. I'm so glad the first company didn't answer the phone.

Acuity Builders are awesome. I had flood damage and decided to make some additional changes; they went above and beyond in a timely manner to work with me. Every member of his team expertly demolished, repaired and cleaned up every bit of damage in exactly the time they promised. They are professional, courteous and for me, personally, I noticed they were happy workers which says a lot as you know there is mutual respect within the organization itself, and that shows in their work ethic and passion for what they do. Ken is great to work with I highly recommend them.

Do not use this company. If you don’t care about them being on time or caring about there work being clean or leaving drywall foot prints all over your house and driveway, nails in my driveway and the street then this is your company. Tyson was unprofessional and non responsive. I wish I could give zero stars. I’m an easy going guy just call and show up when you’re supposed to and take pride in your work. Not asking too much. Seeing all the reviews I’m betting they “won’t find me in there records” but seems to be a reoccurring problem I wish I would’ve read the reviews before letting them work on my house.
