After surveying a half dozen recovery services to address water and mold damage due to a faulty water heater. I decided to go with AM/PM Restoration. They were prompt to inspect the site and provide a competitive estimate. They communicated well, outlined the process, started on time, and completed the job quickly. They were also willing to work with my special requests. They followed up in the days afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. In summary, would use them again for damage recovery (though I hope this is not for a long time!).

I had a pipe burst in my home, and the resulting water damage was extensive. I was referred to this restoration company by a friend, and I'm so glad I called them! Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water, dry out the affected areas, and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. Josh and his crew at ASAP are awesome! I live out of state and was worried about having someone trustworthy deal with a massive sewage backup from a main line in a condo rental unit I own. Josh was out on the scene within an hour of my call and kept me personally informed & updated every step of the way. He was incredibly patient in dealing with issues with the condo association & the master insurance policy which were responsible for the repairs. He went out of his way to make sure everything was repaired above and beyond what was required. It was clear that our satisfaction was of the utmost priority to him and I truly appreciate that!!

We used Acuity Builders for our personal home after a lift station malfunctioned in our basement. The attention to detail from Kenny was fantastic as well as the communication and deliverable of the remodel. I would highly recommend Acuity and happen to be calling them again to assist us in repair after a more minor leak this time but definitely a job I know they will deliver on and do so in a timely manner.

Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.

Working with Mark & Don was great, but the subs used for rebuilding my cabinets and installing them was sub par at best. In the subs defense, the company that removed my cabinets (Bingham) did not do him any favors by totally deconstructing them. What was remaining of my original cabinets should have all been transported to the cabinet maker, but they were not. This caused excessive reworking of the cabinets by the sub.

This company gets it's work by paying the plumbers. I hired George Brazil to fix my hot water heater. Restoration HQ came out and did a terrible job. They even made my insurance company mad because of their poor quality work and excessive billing practices. They tried billing for things they didn't even do. I had to hire another company to come in and fix their terrible work.

Charge absurd amount for not even doing what was asked for, they were asked to board up my heavily damaged home to prevent people from entering and failed.

Very impressed with the efficiency and quick response of the mitigation team! I strongly recommend them!
