I have had the privilege of working with Tom and Alicia on several water damage jobs. Not only are they the best at what they do, they are incredibly responsive, communicate well, and have the client's best interest at heart. If my family were experiencing water damage, 1800 Water damage would be the first and only call I would make!

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

Called in yesterday. We were suppose to receive service same day. At 10 pm no showed or called. Very disappointing with dispatch.The plumbers Mason and Richard arrived next day as scheduled. They were very professional and resolved issue quickly. We were very happy with their service. They also gave us good advise to avoid issue again.

They did a great job, on time, for the price quoted. I would have given all five stars, but they did not leave the site as clean as when they arrived.
But I would highly recommend.
