I don’t know if I’ve ever worked with a more friendly and accommodating company. I’m a new homeowner, and as everyone knows, “things happen”. Well, the universe decided it was my turn. I was referred to Restoration 1 by a satisfied family member, and they were out to my house in literally minutes. Within 15 minutes, not only did Brandy and Mike provide me the peace of mind (I was very stressed out), but also were able to provide some much needed tips that have saved me a LOT of money. I won’t go into specifics, but I’ll just say this: Mike is a magician and has an eagle eye. Thank you Restoration 1!!! The Tempe office is great - excellent service - very helpful. Only one thing that is a problem - not being able to reach them directly by phone - the central phone set-up is more than cumbersome.
