He leveled my manufactured home, did tie-downs, repaired the roof that was damaged, and Tim answered all the questions I had on the FHA engineering report. He upgraded where he could. As a first time flood experience I would say mine sucked. 40 days in a new home and the in home fire suppression system blew up on one sprinkler head. Not sure what to do I called Thomas Restoration. They showed up and were top notch across the board. We were in a bit of shock having just gotten settled and with a child with disabilities settled is rough. I was hesitant if it was all real being so good and got an off hours call from owner Zach who offered alot of his time in that call to reassure me they are real, they know what they are doing and they want to make sure people are treated fair.
He was correct. They were across the board great. Friendly, business focused, showing evidence of everything needing to be done, answering questions of things that I had no knowledge of.
