I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! I’m not surprised a bit that Robert is successful in what he does and already has locations in 32 states and one in Canada! “Lost” my rugs.
I called Kiwi, got a quote over the phone, and made arrangements for pickup. An employee came to my house, took the two rugs, and left me a receipt. The woman I spoke with to make arrangements said they’d look over the rugs, then get back to me with a firmer quote and estimate on how long it would take. Weeks, then months went by with no contact from anyone. I found my receipt and called two months after they took the rugs. The young man who answered the phone said he couldn’t find a record of my rugs, yet he had my phone number on file and called me by name when I verified it. He said the company was reorganizing and he didn’t have access to records, so he’d have someone in charge call me back. I never heard from anyone there again. Covid hit and I was overwhelmed with caretaking a sick family member, so I put it on the back burner. Bottom line: exercise _extreme_ caution before going with this company. If I didn’t have my hands so full, I’d file a formal complaint with the BBB and any other reporting agencies.

Charge absurd amount for not even doing what was asked for, they were asked to board up my heavily damaged home to prevent people from entering and failed.
