We had a tub leakage from the overflow pipe not being totally attached. So leaked to the family room ceiling below..
Valley wide was called(recommened by our home ins) and their response was immediate removed ceiling above and carpet on floor., checked for any moisture in the walls, ceiling area snd upstairs around tub. And set up dryers to dry out ceiling and surrounding areas
And enclosed the hole in the ceiling.
They worked with our insurance company through all this .when ins approved work, they are repairing the ceiling, carpet and everything effected.

I first called and spoke to Tim who was amazing! I was nervous about possible water damage and he helped to alleviate my concerns and scheduled me asap! David was the technician who arrived and he was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive, supportive, and informative when explaining information to me. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and attentiveness. If I ever need water restoration services again, this will be the first company I will call!!!
