PuroClean Scottsdale did an amazing job getting our place ready for repair. They were great communicators and kept us informed throughout the process. The people at Zona are terrific! I had a possible mold problem and they came right out and tested my home. Doug, the technician, explained what he was doing every step of the way. Luckily, I didn't have any mold, but if I had, I would definitely have trusted them to take care of it. The entire team is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'd hire them again if I ever had a mold problem.

Well what can I say Phil left me speechless. I had a flood in my house water running down the hallways and out the doors and walls some spots 5 inches deep. Phil came out fast took over and dried up everything and then started the replace and repair. Phil and his crews did a fantastic job not only is everything back it's better than it was. The communication was hands down 5/5 stars. Kenny listened to what I wanted, never told me no and never tried to steer me in a direction that was just “so-so” just so that it would be easier for he and his team to complete in a timely fashion. We had a timeline, and it was met. His team is 100% reliable and dependable and they were all very friendly. Kenny was more than happy to fix any issues and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. It’s one thing to get the job done, it’s another to get it done right. I also felt that he was fair with what he charged for the work. This is a company you can trust and I’m so glad he was recommended to us. My husband told me he’d never let me remodel because he could never trust that the contractor would complete quality work. I had a leak in the ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. They did the cleanup and drying okay but the they left with a 10 foot hole in the ceiling because they forgot the plastic. Next day they come back and tape the plastic up. It falls that night. They come back and attempt to staple it up. It falls again. Now they won't return my calls.. So now I'm left with a 10 foot hole and an AC that is running 24/7. Don't use these clowns.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

Called in yesterday. We were suppose to receive service same day. At 10 pm no showed or called. Very disappointing with dispatch.The plumbers Mason and Richard arrived next day as scheduled. They were very professional and resolved issue quickly. We were very happy with their service. They also gave us good advise to avoid issue again.

I called so many moving companies. There prices where so so HI. Besides the fact that I'm on a very thing budget. So I remembered my school mate. Whom let a year before had used them. I called him and he gave me their phone number. That gave me a referral discount that helped a lot. These guys came in in five hours had everything boxed,wrapped and loaded into their truck. I payed half of my move at the pick up. I had some extra charges I didn't anticipate. They were nice enough to let me pay them when they delivered my stuff. Once again Thanks to GP Movers in back home with all of my things. Now t look for a job. As a professional in the business world.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

During a stressful time after water damage to my home, I was very surprised that every staff member that entered my home was professional, couteous, even respectful of our home and belongings. We first worked with DriRite-CMG3 in 2016. They were referenced to us by our insurance company after our home had undergone a water leak. In April 2019 we experienced another water leak within our home. Without hesitation, we once again reached out to DriRite-CMG3. They were prompt to come to the residence to initiate drying of the water impacted area. However, it took a few calls within that first week to work through the insurance to move forward with the leak repair. We once again were excited by our experience with the plumber (Andrew). Also, the thoroughness of the water mitigation tech (Angel) was refreshing. However, things went south after that initial work was done and the first payments were made to the business. The Operations Manager (Paul Bailey) stop replying to emails and phone calls. It took several attempts before we were able to get a response from him regarding the gameplan of work to be done to our home, pricing, impact and scheduling. My husband and I were continually flexing our schedules to try to complement DriRite's adhoc planning. This back-and-forth process continued for over 5 weeks, before they came forward and told us they could not do the work. I would not recommend this company to others. DriRite-CMG3 needs to work on their accountability, communication and customer service. If they can't manage workload they need to come forward prior to committing to a project.
