I live in California and came across CRM’s videos on YouTube as I was researching a fix for my foundation. I was impressed with the fact that CRM’s method of repair involves removing and replacing rusted rebar. Contractors in my area have all recommended only epoxy injections or carbon fiber reinforcement - which is obviously not addressing the root cause (rusted rebar) of the issue.
Although CRM’s content on YouTube is great, I had some questions specific to my house. I called their office hoping to ask a someone a couple questions. James himself called me back and spoke to me for over a half hour. He answered all of my questions, had some great recommendations that I’m going to pursue, and assured me I’m headed in the right direction.

I wish I could hire CRM but unfortunately not an option here in California. Rest assured though, James is an expert and the guy to talk to about your foundation repair.
