Lotus Contracting has performed work on our office building to remediate water damage from a leak. They have also assisted with several of our rental properties. Lotus always is prompt to respond, work efficiently, competitively priced, and provide a high level of customer service. No one wants to need a restoration company, however, when you do, Lotus Contracting is the company to call.

These guys are fantastic. My State Farm Agent Earl Faison referred me to Jason and Noelle from Slate, and the guys came out quickly, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The work was covered on my insurance, and Slate coordinated with the agency to file the claim, and get me all squared away. Hopefully I don't need them in the future, but if I do, I will definitely use them!

They were assigned to our home owners claim for a roof leak as we had some water damage in several places in our home office.
They came out and did an estimate for drywall repair and a few other issues related to the water damage. It was going to be about $2k to fix, $1k I would be responsible for due to the deductible. That's fine, makes sense and we all agreed.
When they came to fix it, they were only there a few hours and did not replace any drywall, just stripped off the bad paint and repainted it.
Most places would have charged a few hundred for that. I called them and explained that they didn't do even half of what was quoted. They indicated that there is a minimum charge to have a drywall person come out even if they don't replace it and it was around $400-$500 for that charge (I can't remember exactly, but something outrageous). Fine, but even if you have $500 for the drywall labor, you maybe have 2 small cans of paint for $75 total, paint brushes a couple bucks each, lets go with misc supplies at $100 total to cover bases. I am not seeing $2k worth of work, or even $1k. They never refunded any of it.
They are shysters and I would definitely never use them again. Very disappointed.

Wyatt and Cayden were AMAZING!!!! They were above and beyond helpful in every way! My dishwasher flooded my kitchen and they were here in 30-45 minutes and took care of everything!! They were super friendly and stayed until the kitchen was clean, disinfected, and animal friendly until they can come back to handle the insurance adjuster. They helped me every step of this unfortunate process and Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone in need!!!
