Decent experience. Good thing there was a promotion running. I think we would have been disappointed overall paying 40% more than we did. There was a small stain on the rug (I think it is red wine) which I was hoping would come out. It didn't. My wife felt sorry for the guy that returned the rug to our home by his self. Very heavy run for one person to lug out of a van, into a house, and situate on a carpet pad. It looks clean and feels very soft.

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

I had a leak in the ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. They did the cleanup and drying okay but the they left with a 10 foot hole in the ceiling because they forgot the plastic. Next day they come back and tape the plastic up. It falls that night. They come back and attempt to staple it up. It falls again. Now they won't return my calls.. So now I'm left with a 10 foot hole and an AC that is running 24/7. Don't use these clowns.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

On February 23rd, we moved into a brand new home that we spent 18 months building. One week after moving into the house, while unpacking boxes, I accidentally spilled drops of bleach all the way across 18 steps of stairs, through a loft area and into the laundry room area. I was absolutely devastated because this was our home that we had so much pride of ownership in.I immediately googled carpet repair services in my area and came across Phoenix Carpet Repair. I spoke to Kim, the office manager, and shared with her pictures of the bleach damage. She gave me an initial quote to re-dye a sample spot. The next day, Robert - the owner of the company - came on site to fix the damage. He dyed a sample spot to ensure that it was a great match. I was incredibly surprised how accurately he was able to match the actual carpet color. The area was literally indistinguishable from the undamaged area. I was very pleased so I asked Robert to dye the remaining areas. A few hours later he had fixed all the steps, the loft etc. We even took a hair dryer to dry the spots and it dried perfectly. This saved me thousands of dollars and the carpet looks brand new again!!! Very pleased with the services we received.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
