I called so many moving companies. There prices where so so HI. Besides the fact that I'm on a very thing budget. So I remembered my school mate. Whom let a year before had used them. I called him and he gave me their phone number. That gave me a referral discount that helped a lot. These guys came in in five hours had everything boxed,wrapped and loaded into their truck. I payed half of my move at the pick up. I had some extra charges I didn't anticipate. They were nice enough to let me pay them when they delivered my stuff. At the beginning of April, the apartment above mine flooded into a third of my apartment and it has been an ongoing mess to resolve, but Dell's team was amazing. They were professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me try to get back into my apartment as soon as possible. I really hope I never need to use a water remediation team again, but if I do I know who I'll be recommending/using!

My insurance company strongly suggested I used them since I insisted I wanted quality. Having dealt with water damage several years ago, working with substandard restoration companies is a total nightmare. However, this company was a pleasure to work with, and I’d be happy to use them again.

Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!

Mark was very prompt to come out and give me an estimate and check for interior damage from the rain. Had no issue getting him and his crew started as soon as my insurance agreed Ex to have the work done. I had 5+ spots in my ceiling damaged from water and he removed the drywall and insulation, repaired it and painted the ceilings and you can not tell at all where the work was done. Very professional and quality work. Will use him for all my interior needs in the future!
