I had a water damage issue in my home and contacted Them for help. From start to finish they were excellent. Not only did they identify the source of the problem, they also quickly took steps to rectify it.

I came home from a weekend trip and I had a ton of water flooding into my hallway from the laundry room. After talking with my insurance company they told me that I was going to need to use a water damage restoration company. They
suggested a couple companies, one of which was Square One Restoration. I spoke with Ryan and he sent his team out right away. Their customer service has been terrific, we used them for the dry out and reconstruction. Thanks for all your help!!!

911 Restoration provided professional and timely service. We had a washing machine malfunction that flooded portions of our
house. Due to their quick response time and experience they were able to minimize the water damage and dry everything out. They also did a great job on the repair portion(needed new baseboards and painting.). Wonderful service!

Kenny and his team did a great job on a water damage restoration project at our house. Essentially our entire floor needed to be retiled after a major plumbing pipe issue. He got started almost immediately, was very communicative throughout the whole process, and was very easy to work with. I also greatly appreciated the attention to detail. The finished product looks perfect, and we are very happy with our experience with Acuity Builders.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

They went beyond above and beyond when our rental had a major flooding due to a roofing job gone horribly wrong. Took extra time to answer questions, give advice, and even checked in with us to make sure our landlords followed up on what needed to be done to keep us dry. I can not say enough wonderful things about the owner and his company.

Working with Mark & Don was great, but the subs used for rebuilding my cabinets and installing them was sub par at best. In the subs defense, the company that removed my cabinets (Bingham) did not do him any favors by totally deconstructing them. What was remaining of my original cabinets should have all been transported to the cabinet maker, but they were not. This caused excessive reworking of the cabinets by the sub.
