I recently had the pleasure of working with Team Ossanna for my commercial water damage cleanup needs. They were incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with all the options available. The team was patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner, making sure I was well-informed about the process. Loud, obnoxious, rude, talking over us, called up to get a simple estimate demanding lab results. Lost our business even before getting it.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

Won’t use anyone else now. Just superb! Really excellent, quality service. Smells, looks, and feels great. Reasonably priced & friendly.

Excellent Construction Company, great people own it and hard workers

My kids got blue toilet bowl cleaner on their bedroom carpet. I called Rich on a Sunday and he came right out and saved the day. I couldn’t believe he was able to remove the stain! Highly recommend him!!

I called this company because I spilled coffee on a temperpedic mattress and was really worried about it. Abraham assured me that his company could take care of it. Josh was at our house immediately and shared the process with me. He worked very hard and did such a thorough job. The mattress is as good as new, no spot and zero odor. We will definitely use Abraham’s company in the future. We have already spoken to them regarding coming back to clean the tile! Excellent company!!!!
