Best Storm Restoration in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I are buying our first home. We learned in the due diligence period the home suffered a significant plumbing issue in 2016. Our realtor was able to get the 2016 report of work.

We needed a professional to tell us what we were looking at. Josh was OUTSTANDING! I called him early on Saturday, and within an hour, I got a professional opinion back. He really helped put our minds at ease.

As of this writing, not sure if we'll proceed with the house, but Josh was instrumental in helping us make a decision. We highly recommend him!

Avoid this company. The work performed was ok, but dishonest representation. They wanted to get the most out of the insurance company so they ripped the place more than it was necessary. They also, were not forthcoming on the bill and charges to the home owner. DO NOT SIGN any contracts on the IPAD. Get a copy first. The Rep will say anything to get the contract.

Had water damage in my home, and they came out to help me. They were able to get the job done quickly, and they were very friendly when they came out to do it. I highly recommend them if you need any kind of restoration work done on your home!

Jeff was professional and thorough in completing our shower makeover project, which included installation of concrete board, shower wall panels, valve and shower hardware, and caulking. The job was done beautifully and I'm happy with the results. Would highly recommend.

I had a leak in my master bedroom and bathroom that was a real mess to clean up. Acquity was referred to me by Copper State Builders who had to take out all the damaged areas and did a GREAT job. Ken at Acuity was great. He and his team restored the drywall, painted, put in new tile in the bathroom, built a new vanity and installed, put in new carpeting and padding, painted the bedroom and bathroom, and restored everything that needed to be restored. He was great to work with as were the rest of his associates. I would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, another disaster presents itself. I was also glad to see all their great reviews. One more doesn't hurt!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. They came out here in less than 30 minutes and took care of the damage right away. My insurance company paid them directly. They put my house back together the same week and my problems were solved. My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Working with Mark & Don was great, but the subs used for rebuilding my cabinets and installing them was sub par at best. In the subs defense, the company that removed my cabinets (Bingham) did not do him any favors by totally deconstructing them. What was remaining of my original cabinets should have all been transported to the cabinet maker, but they were not. This caused excessive reworking of the cabinets by the sub.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
