I understand they aren’t responsible for landscaping damage but their backhoe operator was less than cautious. Kinda careless. Then when the job was completed, I felt they took away too much dirt and asked for some dirt to be brought back. At the time of the job, the plumber even said, we took away more dirt than we though we would have. Well, apparently you took way too much. They didn’t return my call for a week and then when I called AGAIN, they declined. Spent nearly $10k and they couldn’t even bring over some dirt to keep a customer happy. They dispose of dirt from every job they do and I live a mile from their office. It wouldn’t have been a big effort but apparently too much for them. Then I needed a second job done a week later and they were $2k more than every other quote I got. Lucky for me, Cellino Plumbing offered to bring dirt, no questions asked.

I texted and he replied almost immediately. He was out the next morning and found leak. I was communicated with through process and time to order new faucet that he picked up and installed quickly. One and a half hors total and fixed with trip and all. He was mannerly per my boyfriend and professional. He will definitely be our new plumber for all our jobs. Price reasonable too. Thanks! We were missing a piece of the leak detector on our water heater. Jacob was quick to find a replacement in the area and get it back to the house. GO Plumbing/AC has always been wonderful and we will continue to use them for all of our plumbing and AC needs.

Steve has been to my house twice and has been incredibly professional, kind, and clean both times. The first time, there was a leaking bathtub in my 2nd floor bathroom and although he had to cut the ceiling in the living room, he identified the problem and fixed it quickly and cleanly. He came the second time to my house to address a non-working kitchen sink garbage disposal and did it on the day I was moving! I couldn't have been more grateful for his services that day!
