Great people and great repair.

Very happy with the service provided! Eddie arrived on time and checked everything to make sure he found the leak. He was very thorough in his work and shared knowledge as we went along. I actually learned quite a bit about how our commercial building water system works! I hope to never have any more leaks, but if I do, I'm calling On Point! Thanks again!

Tobias was right on time and got right to work. Totally professional and friendly In demeanor as he gave me confidence and explained/answered all my water heater questions pleasantly and thoroughly. I went with the company based on David Kay’s quick response to my inquiry, his unhurried and helpful info he gave me as I made my decision. In less than a day, Tobias was at my house and now I’ve got a new, up to code water heater and feel safer now that my old one is gone. Reasonably-priced service also.

I've used Olson for a few years now and have always had great experiences. They are very professional and trustworthy. Anthony came out to fix my bathroom faucet and, as an aside, mentioned that he could install a new shower drain for me. A plumber from green star had told me that I'd have to replace the whole tub in order to replace the drain, so I've been living without a drain plug for several years! I am so happy now that I have a nice shiny new drain - and I can take baths again! Thanks Anthony!

Jorge is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We've been using him for all our plumbing, remodeling and gas pipe needs. I've been in Orlando 30yrs and his professional manner and responsiveness is rare.

Highly recommend they worked us in as quick as they could when everyone else told us 2 months out. The replaced my main water line into the house whole they where there they fixed a leaky faucet and ended up not having water pressure in my tub they stayed took extra time to flush the lines out and get it working again. Price was very reasonable. Will be using for all my plumbing needs. And the guys that showed up were extremely helpful. Every person I had the pleasure of meeting or talking to were very professional and very nice people

Peggy was awesome helping me with a warranty claim and Chad was awesome doing the water softener and plumbing work at the house. Highly recommend!

Tropical Plumbing did a great job. Casey who took my information was very professional. I had a certain request. I have a German Shepherd. He is a security dog. King has to be put up in His crate before entering our property. Casey followed my protocol. Larry our serviceman followed directions to call when he. Arrived to make sure King was put up. The team from roto-rooter is truly customer friendly and focused. My fear of possibly having a bigger issue was easily fixed by the professional in a few minutes. Very impressive.

They are on time, polite, and got the job done

They are very willing to work with guys who are just trying to become skilled tradesmen. Other places are much more expensive and require 2 nights a week. PACON is one night a week and very reasonable rates.

Great plumbing company. We moved to a new house and they came out twice for minor repairs...all within a day...and fixed the problem very quickly. highly recommended.

Jeff was friendly and courteous. He arrived on time. Up front he gave me all the possible scenarios related to the performance of the furnace and air conditioner given the age of the units. He walked me through each step of the check up, took pictures, and was clear with his explanation and his evaluation. Ultimately it was determined that the furnace needed to be replaced but the air conditioner was working satisfactorily. Jeff arranged for an advisor to come out and discuss options for replacement.I was very satisfied with this visit!!!

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday. I called Don at DP Plumbing and he had me send him the dimensions and gallon size of my unit. He found one in stock and had it installed by Monday afternoon. He had great communication, was on time, respectful of my property and was very affordable. When Don left I told him he was my plumber now. I was very happy with the service I received and will call him again!!
