I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Derek was very courteous, had a polished appearance with a smile to match. He was really professional right down to wearing booties on his feet before entering our home. He gave me a reasonable quote then immediately got started upon my approval. He got the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Derek showed me everything he did before having me sign off on the final invoice. There was no surprise added costs; which was very refreshing. Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.

I hired Polar Plumbing to install a new water heater when mine started leaking. He is very busy, but worked me into his schedule that day since it was urgent. He arrived in 4 hours with a new water heater and installed it very quickly. The installation was very well done (actually better than the original) and everything was clean and neat afterwards. This was my first time using Polar Plumbing and I have already contracted for toilet replacements with Lance. Highly recommend.

We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. I asked for an estimate with Costco for a new air system. Not going to lie I was really nervous when John Henry’s was the one that called. I have heard a lot that they are super expensive. Jon came out and went over our system and said I’ll be right back with some estimates, I was surprised that he was going to put estimates together and go over them in just a few minutes. He spent time answering my questions, reworking estimates, and add a new furnace to see what it would be to just replace the whole system at my request. To my surprise it was cheaper than the company we originally were planning on working with. We got our ducts cleaned the day before the install (I feel terrible I can’t remember their names) but they were so nice and explained everything they did. The next day Justin and Sterling came to install the new system. They kept me updated the entire day, when they were leaving to go put together duct work at the shop, turning on the furnace where I would smell burning, and when they were finishing up and could walk me through everything. Needless to say I am just impressed with everyone. Every time someone new came to the house they would introduce themselves and either take off their shoes or put shoe covers on. I can’t get over the level of customer service I experienced during this process. Customer for life.

Mark gets the job done right the first time. Excellent job installing a kitchen faucet and separate plumbing repair on 2nd visit. Once you meet him he will be the only plumber you want to use.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana
