Great communication from staff and service

Great experience with island Plumbing. First, I am always impressed when workers show up on time. Also nice to receive a ‘heads-up’ text before arriving. Small things count. Zach arrived on time, neat and professional looking. He took the time to educate me about why my new toilet was leaking. He installed the new toilet in no time and removed my old toilet for me which was a huge help as I am a senior. I will be utilizing this company in the future.

I have used this plumbing service for several occasions and have found excellent service each time.

I had a leak. I called them up. Within hours it was fixed. All on the same day. Ok so what’s so special about that; isn’t that what’s supposed to happen? If you’ve needed a plumber recently you can appreciate how stressful that process is. It’s simple; it’s just not easy. Graf sent “AJ” over to fix my problem. He was prompt, professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done. I thank him personally and Graf Plumbing for being there. Great job.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

They charged the Seller of our new home for work they did not do. They either hired someone who is dishonest or they encourage their employees to cut corners. Either way, it's not optimal. I was shocked to see such dishonesty in Lincoln, Nebraska where people are typically kind, courteous, and professional.
