These guys are fantastic. We have used them on several occasions, the most recent to replace our sewer line. It was a complete turnkey service from getting the permit, coordinating with utilities and final inspection and signoff. They give great service at great rates. I used to use one of those Rooter services before and did not work at all! Call these
guys they will get the job done right the 1st time!!

We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. Without any hesitation their team came to my house, analyzed the problem & worked really smart with their most advanced equipments and got it fixed in just 2 hours and they cleaned up everything. They installed a kitchen faucet that just does not work as it should. Cold water comes out slowly and hot water comes out very, very slowly.

The integrated faucet / spray really does not work as intended with hot water. One would think the plumber would have checked this out before leaving.

The property owner likes this company for reasons unknown. Maybe they're good on big projects. I would not hire them for my own projects. I am going to bring in my own plumber to fix this problem.

Company did not want to provide invoice prior to making payment. In fact said they would no longer do work with us because they didn’t want to provide an invoice. Does not make sense, it’s a shame!

Richard and MAtthew were so great! Can on time, fixed the toilet and the regulator and we just wonderful to work with. They looked thru the whole house to be sure all other things were working right and did fina another issue that we'll deal with. Found a long term plumber for me!

Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.
