They both had to come back and redo it twice without the result.

One company suggested the new $500 toilet and another wanted me to pay for replacing all drains.

Later that day I received a call requesting to reschedule it for between 1-5 and I agreed to this. The next day, at 1:45 pm I received a call that the person scheduled to come out was not trained in water heaters and they could send someone out the following day. Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment and will never do business with them in the future.
