I took out a warranty to do a spring and fall service on my unit. This is the first time that the staff was unable to get me a shorter window of time. I was told the HVAC man would come between 8 am and 4:00 pm. In the past they have always given me a 4 hour window. No one wants to wait all day (8 hrs).
