Best Upgrade Your Plumbing in Arlington TX

Called on a Sunday and they gave me general pricing over the phone, including the difference between Sunday and Monday...we waited until Monday and spent half as much. They called before 8am and had us scheduled and done before noon. Fast service, friendly tech. A bit expensive...but what plumbing isn't? Good job!

We researched several companies/brands and found the Rinnai to be exactly what would solve our problems. Ryan and James were textbook in their explanation of what needed to happen. The pricing was the best because we didn't need some of the stuff other companies quoted. Ryan even discovered a tampered with gas line and corrected that as well. He coordinated with the other vendors so we didn't need to do additional work outside the bid. He called Rinnai with us to set up the Wifi On Demand feature and cleaned up the workspace each day. Stellar service from these two guys! Because they are so booked and excellent at what they do, scheduling was tricky and thank goodness we worked from home because sometime it was a same day call to finish up. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs. Now we have hot water without waiting 3-5 minutes at the sink! So happy! And they installed a water softener and RO filter. Feels like we have a brand new house.
