Best Snake Drain in Arlington TX

Horrible company....do NOT use them. I had them come July 5 to unclog basement laundry drain and they left oily, grease stains all over my carpet. I emailed them the photos and then a week later I called and left a message, both times asking what their solution to the problem would be. They had no problem cashing my check but NEVER replied to my email or to my phone call to offer a rebate or to even acknowledge they did this and apologize. I am a woman going through cancer treatments and they know this! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I gave them one star only because they did fix the drain.

I first used these guys a year ago - found them by accident! Actually thought I was calling a different plumber....anyway lucky for me this company has been awesome. Over the past year they have done several jobs for us from installing toilets, fixed leaking pipes, replacing a water heater, installing faucets etc...

Absolutely Amazing! I called in on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Ben about my plumbing issue. I had spoke with 2 other companies prior to him and felt like I was not getting accurate information. Ben came out Monday morning and completed the job. He went above and beyond! Ben was prompt, professional, and proficient. Most importantly he was transparent and affordable. Hands down I have found my plumber and will recommend to anyone who needs one!!

Awesome people and service! Purchased a new water heater from a store that contracts with installers; water heater not installed properly, open wire not capped, still no hot water and could have burned our house down. After contacting Michaelangelo the next day, Mike drove from a job in Fort Worth to SE Dallas in rush hour traffic and didn’t leave our house until 9:30p, making sure we had hot water before he left. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed and came back a few days later to finish doing everything correctly.
