I signed up for the maintenance program and explained that includes 2 services (1 for the furnace & 1 for the AC) and the discounts involved when repairs are needed. Thanks Big Bear!Update: The technician found my Evaporator case cracked during his seasonal visit. Big Bear provided two estimate options.1.) To remedy just the leak.2.) Repair the leak and convert to the latest refrigerant.I chose to convert. I think the efficiency gain will give me a return on investment, reducing my total out of pocket costs. Thanks for offering estimate choices!!The install crew arrived promptly. The owner arrived with all the new parts and to review what will be completed. Upon completion, a separate technician came by to confirm all the work and make some final adjustments.This really provided a level of confidence the work was completed correctly! Thanks Big Bear! Just recently started using Big Bear, and all has gone well! They checked my AC, gave me some tips, and pointed out a couple issues I could change. They also replaced my AC Disconnect quickly. Good communication, easy to get in touch with, and arrives even earlier than expected (if you approve of them arriving early).
