This company has been a life saver for our residents here at BSC. We like most of Ft Worth had multiple units with frozen and broken pipes . These guys came to our rescue and were fast , professional
and fair. We are proud of this company , we highly recommend to any one whom is considering the need for plumbing work of any kind. What a great company!!!!

These guys fixed a heating issue with one of my units in December 2022, and sold me an annual service/maintenance contract to come out twice a year. Everything was in good order. Two months later they send out a technician for first service. He told my wife that the former guy that came, didn’t know what he was talking about, was no longer with the company and that the unit was at material risk of going out and quickly/ abruptly tried to sell her a new unit. (I’m not having ANY heating or cooling problems mind you).Completely feel like I was ripped off with the maintenance contract just trying to sell us on a new unit.These guys are new to DFW and I’m a 10 year resident of Frisco. I won’t use these guys again.

I have known the owner of Big Bear A/C & Heating before he started is own business. This is a business to be trusted to do what you need not charge for services not needed. I truly support the integrity of the company and it's work. I wont' use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs, 100%.
