We had an emergency plumbing issue and Lasiter was able to work us in. Chaz was our plumber and he did a great job on the repair. Fast, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Jonathan was very thorough and courteous. He was also very patient with his explanation of the repairs as he presented the repair options. The one thing that could have been better would have been the gentle reminder the dispatcher presented emergency service call was not included in the cost for the repair options presented. Just the reminder would have heightened the excellence of service and garnered full transparency

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
