Very professional and honest company. Craig did a wonderful job explaining the problem and the work that needed to be done to solve the problem. He was kind and patient with my boys (3 and 7). He answered their questions and let him learn about what he was doing and why he was doing it. They LOVED him, and now want to be plumbers themselves when they grow up! :)

I called Friday afternoon and Brad was at our house within an hour! We had a plumber out previously that told us our issue with our hot water was electrical and did very little testing. Our electrical company told us the hot water heater! We called Brad frustrated,just wanting a resolution!
