My tech Waymon was awesome. Very polite professional and informative. My AC went out last night and i called Metro Energy Savers this morning at 7:50am. They got me fixed up and im leaving this review at 9:53am. I will definitely use them again for anything i can't do myself

Diel was very professional and was timely on his arrival. He was very thorough in explaining what was needing to be done and also helped us identify an incorrectly installed thermostat issue that a previous AC technician from a different company had done. He also fixed our heating issue in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Big Bear Air!

Last year before we purchased our house in Duncanville, the inspection report showed there was a gas leak. Alpha and Omega Plumbing came recommended from the City and they came out promptly and repaired several leaks within the house. Now we feel safe. Only Master Plumbers can work on gas leaks, and they show their license on their invoice and trucks. I'd use them again on future projects upcoming.
