Best Laundry Lines in Arlington TX

Horrible company....do NOT use them. I had them come July 5 to unclog basement laundry drain and they left oily, grease stains all over my carpet. I emailed them the photos and then a week later I called and left a message, both times asking what their solution to the problem would be. They had no problem cashing my check but NEVER replied to my email or to my phone call to offer a rebate or to even acknowledge they did this and apologize. I am a woman going through cancer treatments and they know this! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I gave them one star only because they did fix the drain.

Henry M. Came out to locate a major leak in the front pasture. He did a lot of hand digging before calling for a small backhoe. The water line was surprisingly deep in my opinion. I would highly recommend him again as he kept me apprised of any prices and the need for the small backhoe because the leak was proving very hard to locate.The pipe leak was a worthy opponent that finally was overcome with Henry’s persistence. He was the consummate professional and the backhoe operator was up to the task as they had to work near a fiber optic line and did not damage it.I would recommend Henry and KMP again also Rachel and the other girls kept us apprised of times for the service. We had a couple bathrooms remodeled and needed a new drop in tub installed in one bathroom, and in another bathroom removed the tub entirely to expand the shower. Skyler was assigned to our house and did a fantastic job. He was thorough in his work and didn't cut any corners. In order to expand one shower they had to cap the old tub drain and reroute water manifolds. This was no easy task, and Skyler stayed until the task was completed. He provided advice and additional information while he worked so we knew what he was doing and why. He went out of his way to be helpful. If we ever need any plumbing work again, we will definitely be going back to ABC and requesting Skyler.

Thomas was prompt, knowledgeable and very clear explaining what needed to be done and why. Repair completed quickly and area cleaned. Calls from customer service to confirm appointment and afterward to make sure I was happy with service. Excellent service!
