Our AC was not cooling so we called the home warranty company. They would be happy to help and would send someone on Monday - it was Friday in July in Texas....that will not get it. I reached out to my neighborhood FB page and Big Bear was recommended so I called. The call was around noon on Friday and by 1:30 a technician was at the house and shortly after we were cool again.
