I made 5 attempts over a two week period to contact this business regarding some work on basement pipes I needed done. I called three times, left voicemails, and submitted two requests online through their website, with my contact number and my email. Not once did anyone return any of my calls, respond to any of my voicemails, or respond to any of the requests I submitted online. Again, 5 attempts over two weeks with ZERO response from anyone there. Maybe they're a good company, but their customer service/response is in the toilet. Maybe business is booming so much, they can just disregard service requests.

Can't say enough good things about ABC. Been using them for 20 years for various things. This week had them back out for a hell of a leak. Shawn and Eli did amazing work today. Always professional and they had a plan they executed flawlessly.

The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and extremely professional! I highly recommend them to all who have a blocked line in their pipes.They even gave me product to help keep my lines clean and clear. Eco friendly product!A plus plus for Roto Rooter!

Ben showed up early (after calling to make sure that was okay). He and his crew did a great job diagnosing our plumbing issue, fixing it and cleaning up afterwards. He also went over how we could prevent issues in the future. His pricing was low in my opinion considering the amount of time/work it took to complete repairs.

Highly, highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond good service!
