Max Air & Plumbing - Max Mechanical Plumber
I honestly can not say enough great things about Max Mechanical ! Everyone from the office staff, the tech, to the owner, truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. Not to mention they are always quick to respond ( I have used them about 3-4 times over the last 10yrs and I have referred numerous friends to them), they always resolve my issues very quickly, and always have beat other companies prices. The last time I used their services, 1 month ago, the tech came and had to basically fix some DIY repairs we had tried and failed at miserably. He came the same day I called, he got to the house and went straight to work, repaired the problem, cleaned the outside unit up, and was gone in less than 2hrs. Again, great customer service, great work and I recommend them to everyone I know. 5 stars!

Accurate Leak and Line - Arlington Plumber
This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC. They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them. They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them. I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.

DFW Pipe and Plumbing Plumber
Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need. Would highly recommend Patrick, Jason, Sam, and their team.

Ernie's Plumbing Service, Inc. Plumber
On May 1, 2017 my plumber recommended I call Ernie's Plumbing and request sonar detection. I immediately called to schedule an appointment and specifically requested sonar detection. I was informed a plumber would be arriving at my residence between 2:00-6:00. Bryce (employee #587) arrived between 3:00-4:00 and informed my husband that he needed to drive to Arlington to pick up the needed equipment and would not return until the next day.On May 2nd he returned at 10:00 am and attempted to locate the leak with fish tape until 5:00 pm when he informed my husband that he was unsuccessful. On May 3rd he arrived between 8:30-9:00 and informed my husband he would have to drive to Arlington to pick up the sonar. He returned about an hour and a half later with Geophones and told my husband he had located the leak in the hall bathroom and informed him that he would have to cut a hole in a bedroom closet which then turned into a second hole in a master closet and a third hole on a bedroom wall. He said he would have to run a bypass in the hall bathroom because he found a slab leak and began disconnecting our water. At 5:00 pm he left for the day and left us with no running water in either shower. My husband informed him that this was not right but he told him that it would take him three hours to reconnect so he left. I arrived from work at 7:00 to discover I could not shower and immediately called Ernie's Plumbing and per the recording was instructed to call another number for current customers with current jobs. I called the number and left a message but did not receive a return call.On May 4th we received a call that Bryce was on his way. I called Ernie's and was transferred to Randy. I notified him we were left with no running water in either shower and he told me that was not correct and that he would discount us 10%/$360 which is what they give to repeat customers and we were first time customers. Bryce arrived at about 8:20 am and began to I guess work. Throughout the day I witnessed him take several smoke breaks and perform stretches on the side of his van while charging use $190/hour. I left to pick up lunch since we had no running water and returned to my husband who informed me that Bryce confronted him about my compliant and asked by husband if he had called to place a compliant. He also informed him that the 10% would be taken from his check. This made my husband and I very uncomfortable to have him in our home and not knowing if he would complete the job correctly or if he would retaliate. Towards the end of the work day he sat in his van for about an hour he returned with a second invoice and informed my husband that our water meter was still running. He told my husband to have someone else come and check that out and that we could call Ernie's to have someone come out to look at it and that it would probably cost us $4,000-$5,000 after we had already been charged $3,605. He left at approximately 4:30 pm. After he left my husband called and scheduled another appointment as we still had a water leak.On May 9th my husband called and spoke with Randy and informed him of our continued water leak. He told him that Bryce completed his work and that we had a second problem. My husband told him we were over charged and that Bryce did not finish his work. Randy responded by say that he did. My husband informed him of multiple breaks taken throughout the week and taking 1.5-2 hour lunches. He said he would take a look at the GPS to see if we were due any money back. How is that we were charged so much money and left with three holes in our walls and still have a leak. We requested sonar detection from the beginning, we were charged $3605 for a job that was not completed and Bryce also added $411.62 for material and extra time.
