My hot water heater had a large leak in the middle of the night on a Friday night. I called ABC Plumbing first thing Saturday morning and was relieved that they were able to come out later that day. Steven and Hunter did a great job! They quickly diagnosed my issue and realized that I would need a new water heater due to rusting within the old tank likely due to age (it was over 10 years old). They made recommendations on the cheapest and best hot water heater option for me (including information about warranties and different brands), and they had a new water heater installed later that day. I appreciated their honesty with pricing, they were very nice and efficient, and most of all I was happy to have my hot water heater problem fixed on a weekend day. I highly recommend ABC plumbing to everyone for any of their plumbing needs!

We, like many others, had issues after the February snow/ice storm. Part of our tankless water heater bust on a Weds and we had to shut off our water at the main. Called this company and were instructed they would call us on Fri to schedule. Which they did, and were prompt with that. They came out on Sat after we had been without water for 3 days, this now being day 4 (with 2 small children and a dog). Chase was our tech and he basically told us our tankless was old and didn’t know anything about the brand. He was going to leave and quote us later on a new tankless, IF they couldn’t find the part for our current one. I asked him if there was some way to shut off the tankless and turn the water on to our house so we could please have some running water (we also have a 50gal tank on the opposite side of our house so we could have a warm shower/bath in that bathroom at least). He then said “oh, yes, I could do that”. He then looped our cold water line into our hot on the tankless so we just had no hot water for the time being. He instructs me to call by Mon afternoon if I haven’t heard from them. I call on Tues and the lady says she was unable to locate the part we needed after calling 4 different suppliers and would send us a quote for 2 different tankless heaters instead. My husband had already found the part online already and I told her this. She tells me they won’t install aftermarket parts. I said ok, then please send me the quotes in the event we cannot fix this on our own. I never received a quote from them. We call a different plumber to come out to help us re-hook up our water after my husband installed the part, only to find that Chase had left that previous Sat with our hose that had a special fitting to our tankless. I call Oasis again, the lady puts me on hold while she contacts Chase. She gets back on and tells me he discarded our part that he took from our house with an “I apologize about that”...no offer to cover the cost of another part we now had to purchase and wait on because their tech left with our property. Not sure if that was a ploy from their tech to make us purchase a new tankless from them and spend more money or not, but I can tell you I would not recommend this company. I know all plumbers across the south were extremely busy from that storm, but to dismiss a customer just because they wanted to fix what was wrong instead of drop a couple grand on something that didn’t need to be done, that is bad business in my opinion.

This company truly cares about their customer and they really came though to help me get through the process of getting my natural gas service restored with quality repairs and testing.
Will not hesitate to call them for my future needs. Highly recommend this company.

Terry diagnosed our problem and even finished the repair the same day! No pressure, no upsell, just good, quality, honest work. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Absolutely top notch, fair, honest, dependable and GOOD at what they do. Bought an older home, brought Marcus and his crew in and they did everything they could to get me an operational bathroom as soon as they could. Replaced my hot water heater, fixing leaks, even coming after a long day to install my toilet as a second visit. So thankful to find these guys, thank you for everything!!!

We’ve used Nikki’s company twice. Once for a garbage disposal replacement and a second time for a water softener installation. She came out and looked at what needed to be done and is very professional. Also, super prompt and efficient. Would not hesitate to call them for any home needs!
