The bad weather in 2021 caused havoc. Had a burst pipe and had to shut the main water line. Contacted several companies thru Yelp and given the high demand was skeptical about a timely response.

Jason from ABC plumbing replied and committed to sending someone the next day. Got a call from Steve this morning and he confirmed that he was on his way.

Steve arrived, examined the area and determined the problem really quick. The pipe was located in a tricky spot and Steve was efficient in fixing the problem. He was friendly and literally saved the day!

With several homes and establishments in North Texas impacted, I am grateful that ABC plumbing was able to help me in a timely manner.

I have their number saved for my future plumbing needs. Needless to say, have shared their contact with friends who are impacted as well.

I am currently using this company with my home warranty company. They are trying to do the bate and switch game. My warranty said they were covering the gas control valve and they said I had to pay $130 for the burner assembly unit. (The gas valve is $250). I have it directly from the warranty company and that they were covering the gas control valve Also when they were out they were pushing me to purchase to 50 gallon takes for $7500! I looked on Home Depot. The low end they start at $598-$929 for each one plus parts and labor. Their markup is incredibly high. I also asked them what is the brand for that price snd he didn’t know, My water tank is still not repaired..

Terry called me from his company. He said they don’t make much money off the warranty companies. He said he cancelled my service , refused to give me a refund. He refused to provide the documentation that the warranty company gave him to see if there was a difference between the two letters.

I am all for supporting small businesses owners but my rating will stay at a 1 for Oasis Plumbing.

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.

Had a gas leak from pipe in attic. Tommy Santer came out and gave me an estimate of $756. After he completed the work he said the bill was now $3000 but if I gave him a personal check for $800 I could put the original estimate on my charge card. Thought he had me over a barrel so I agreed. In hindsight I realized I had been had. Never again and I do not recommend their services.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Absolutely top notch, fair, honest, dependable and GOOD at what they do. Bought an older home, brought Marcus and his crew in and they did everything they could to get me an operational bathroom as soon as they could. Replaced my hot water heater, fixing leaks, even coming after a long day to install my toilet as a second visit. So thankful to find these guys, thank you for everything!!!

Called one of the big companies I used before but they would not estimate sight unseen. Couldn’t risk being hundreds off, I understand but at the end of the month really just needed ballpark for such a simple gig and needed completed same day without having to call some one else if it was too high. And I don’t have the time to do it myself.

NIKKI to the rescue. Estimated over phone, keep in mind it was a couple of simple toilet supply line shut off valves ( just note she may not be able to estimate large gigs sight unseen - and I wouldn’t either). She was prompt in communication, arrived when she estimated and made repairs so quick and done right! It took like maybe 45 minutes at most! Nikki will be my new go to plumber - Plus she is local! Support your local businesses! You should use Nikki’s for ALL your plumbing needs!!
