My name is Dan Blume and called your business this morning with a problem under our kitchen sink. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and got us a tech that could come between 1 and 5 pm. Terry was the tech and came well within the window as promised. He explained everything that he was going to do and gave us the estimated price. He repaired our problem, cleaned our drains and made sure several times that there we no leaks. Terry was very professional and explained what he did and how we could prevent some of our blockage problems in the future. He also explained the warranty on the work and made sure we were happy with the job. This is the second time we have used Ernie's and will continue to do so in the future.
