Shawn and Eli , today replaced leaking water valve behind refrigerator. Last week my sewer line needed repairs and Shawn and Michael took care of that work, hard difficult work and stuck with it until it was finished and I can't thank all of them enough.
Thanks to Jason to for hiring such great young men. They certainly do professional work and should be commended .

We, like many others, had issues after the February snow/ice storm. Part of our tankless water heater bust on a Weds and we had to shut off our water at the main. Called this company and were instructed they would call us on Fri to schedule. Which they did, and were prompt with that. They came out on Sat after we had been without water for 3 days, this now being day 4 (with 2 small children and a dog). Chase was our tech and he basically told us our tankless was old and didn’t know anything about the brand. He was going to leave and quote us later on a new tankless, IF they couldn’t find the part for our current one. I asked him if there was some way to shut off the tankless and turn the water on to our house so we could please have some running water (we also have a 50gal tank on the opposite side of our house so we could have a warm shower/bath in that bathroom at least). He then said “oh, yes, I could do that”. He then looped our cold water line into our hot on the tankless so we just had no hot water for the time being. He instructs me to call by Mon afternoon if I haven’t heard from them. I call on Tues and the lady says she was unable to locate the part we needed after calling 4 different suppliers and would send us a quote for 2 different tankless heaters instead. My husband had already found the part online already and I told her this. She tells me they won’t install aftermarket parts. I said ok, then please send me the quotes in the event we cannot fix this on our own. I never received a quote from them. We call a different plumber to come out to help us re-hook up our water after my husband installed the part, only to find that Chase had left that previous Sat with our hose that had a special fitting to our tankless. I call Oasis again, the lady puts me on hold while she contacts Chase. She gets back on and tells me he discarded our part that he took from our house with an “I apologize about that”...no offer to cover the cost of another part we now had to purchase and wait on because their tech left with our property. Not sure if that was a ploy from their tech to make us purchase a new tankless from them and spend more money or not, but I can tell you I would not recommend this company. I know all plumbers across the south were extremely busy from that storm, but to dismiss a customer just because they wanted to fix what was wrong instead of drop a couple grand on something that didn’t need to be done, that is bad business in my opinion.

Long but good. Back in October we had a leak that destroyed almost our entire downstairs flooring. We called an emergency plumber to come out and fix the leak, which he did. He also told us that we had another leak somewhere because the meter was running even when everything was closed up and turned off. When we were ready to have them come back out and test the line for the location of the leak and give us an estimate on what it would cost to fix it, they never answered their phone or returned my calls. This went on for 2 weeks. Enter Ernie's Plumbing. I called and made an appointment and Mike came out to give us an estimate on fixing a toilet and to let us know what he would recommend we do about this illusive leak. He fixed the toilet with ease and sold me a PMA which I will definitely be using in the future. He left and we went on vacation, happy not to have to deal with this issue for a while. I scheduled the follow up appointment and Mike was at our house on Monday morning ready to give the estimate for what the leak detection and repair would cost. Meanwhile, my husband was explaining to me exactly what was going on and he took me out to the meter outside and showed me what was happening. I was supposed to see a slowly turning meter because everything was closed in the house and no water was running. What we actually saw was the meter not turning at all. Mike had us turn the bathtub hot water on for a few minutes. The meter began running. When the water was turned off, the meter stopped running indicating that there was no leak. We apparently were told some very wrong information from the previous plumber and worried about this issue for far too long. Either way, Mike left us with an estimate for detection and repair and I promised to check the water bill this month to see what was going on. It appears we do not have a leak anywhere but if we did, Mike was there to fix it. He is officially in our contacts as our plumber and I will never call anyone else. He is knowledgeable and kind and whatever plumbing needs I have will go directly to him. You've got a good one, Ernie. Don't let him get away from you. :-)

We had a leak under the slab of our house, a real beast of a plumbing issue for sure. We'd already been burned by another big-name plumbing company, but we saw right away that Links is different. They showed up ready to tackle the job; spent hours/days working on it; were completely professional through the whole process. I would trust these guys with any plumbing issue I have from now on -- they'll be my first call. Worth every penny for a quality job done.
