I just did a whole house repiping with this company and they did a great job. Jennifer is very knowledgable and professional. She got this stressful job done from start to finish.The crew did the work on-time, clean and efficiently. I highly recommend for a big, pricey repiping job. Kim's plumbing was out here a year ago and pulled out tree roots, then 1 year later had them out, after I washed a load of cllothes water backed up into my shower, so had them out again, the plumber left and did not tell me anything, then 6 days later I washed a medium load of clothes and dirty water backed up into the shower and toilet, they snaked it again and got nothing. The city sewer line is right outside my garage which faces an alley and washing machine is in the garage. This technician said he couldn't find anything unless it put a light down there and the cost would be $3000.00, and that doesn't cover any type of repair. He stated it could be in the city line but they won't do anything about that. At the time he came out I said we would not pay again for a service call 6 day's apart and since the other guy never said anything, and just left without any explanation and now guess what we were billed for the 2nd time in less than a week. They say could be a sewer problem. Will never call them out again and have dealt with them for several years but never again.
