Spoke to Brandon who was very helpful and sent Reed out to see what the problem was with my main line. Within 45 minutes my bathroom was finally operational !! The clog and main line was cleared and Reed even showed me where the pipe was under my house and was kind enough to show me where a clean out needs to be.
Kim's Plumbing had previously came out 3x and didn't complete the job and wouldn't honor the warranty they had verbally stated but wanted more money. Horrible experience with Kim's Plumbing especially with Carol, who is rude and Lori who didn't want to make the situation better by fixing what they never started...

Hot water heater went out at noon, by 9 p m. that night a new one was up and working, all at a very fair price. Can't say enough about this company! Quality, price, and on time.
