Funny that you say that I refused the 1200 dollar repair when i continuously called for months saying that I would cover the 1200 as long as the 4500 was covered by the warranty company. I went as far as did a conference call with you and the warranty company to get this done and finished but you as a company failed and still tell lies to all saying i refused. I refused to pay the full amount without you submitting the request and once they approved you guys just ghosted me. I just called your office and you hung up on me. worst plumbing company in all of fresno county.
