Jeffrey came a little earlier then scheduled because he knew I had a medical condition he did a very good job he’s very kind and I would recommend him and your company to anyone who needs a plumber. Martin stop by and he was very kind as well. everything got fixed. He was very clean he picked up after himself and he was a pleasure to have come into my home and help me and I thank you for sending him and have the owner come by as well to check on everything

I am really impressed by this company. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and quick to find my issue. He found my main pipe was clogged and had it cleared out in no time! The cost was surprisingly low for the job at hand. I hope I don’t need a plumber again but if I do, it’s going to be Chris’s Rooter.

Great job reasonably price

I had two plumbers come out to fix my shower and only one was able to do the job! That's right Tim from Gary's plumbing!! He was confident and put us to eas that the issue would be fixed!! Thank you Tim!!

Kim's plumbing was out here a year ago and pulled out tree roots, then 1 year later had them out, after I washed a load of cllothes water backed up into my shower, so had them out again, the plumber left and did not tell me anything, then 6 days later I washed a medium load of clothes and dirty water backed up into the shower and toilet, they snaked it again and got nothing. The city sewer line is right outside my garage which faces an alley and washing machine is in the garage. This technician said he couldn't find anything unless it put a light down there and the cost would be $3000.00, and that doesn't cover any type of repair. He stated it could be in the city line but they won't do anything about that. At the time he came out I said we would not pay again for a service call 6 day's apart and since the other guy never said anything, and just left without any explanation and now guess what we were billed for the 2nd time in less than a week. They say could be a sewer problem. Will never call them out again and have dealt with them for several years but never again.
