I was quoted by several other plumbers, and they by far had the best rate (I'm taking $20 better)! I was helped by Albert who was extremely professional, fast, and efficent. I will actually call them again. I definately recommend them.

Terrible company. Very bad customer service
I have a home warranty through fidelity . My kitchen sink was leaking, so they came out and supposedly fixed it. My sink was still leaking, I called the company to notify them that my sink was still leaking. I called the office there was no answer and I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. I called the next day and. The lady _Diane) gave me an appt between 1-4. The guy who was going to fix it (Mack) text me @ 4:05 to tell me he was on his way. I never got a call or text that they were going to be late. Very bad customer service. These people dont value their company or the reputation. My contract ends soon with Fidelity home warranty and I will not be renewing with them. I will definetly make sure not to do bussiness with them anymore. I will also let me friends, family and co workers know not to use them for any issues. . Wost company Ever.

I would definitely recommend this company for any pipe problems that you might have! I personally know that the on-site technicians are polite and well trained, and the office staff are very thorough if you have any questions about the work needed to be done. There is always someone in the office to answer any questions so the customers just have to reach out and explain their needs as precisely as possible. I'm reading some of these other reviews and it just appears to be some misunderstanding on the customer's side. Mike, the owner, knows his craft and puts customer service above all else so you can trust for either he or his technicians to complete the job for you and have it done RIGHT!
