I had the best experience working with All Star Plumbing, especially Bobby, and HIGHLY recommend them! Bobby was super patient explaining every issue and possible solution for the plumbing repairs that had to be done to one of our commercial properties in Fresno. He was also honest and on top of the project the whole time, from communicating with me and the tenant to being so patient while I try to wrap my head around all of the plumbing issues. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and amount of care they showed with rearranging their schedules for us and going out multiple times to make sure everything's okay. I wish I had a plumber like him in my area. Best plumber ever!!

We have hired Andrey as our handyman for nearly a decade. His ability to respond quickly for repairs around the house, his amazing attention to detail, his calm demeanor (no matter how crazy my dogs or kids), and his wide range of skill, all give us confidence in his workmanship. From moving TV mounting to tiling, he does it all superbly. We generally find one or two fiddly little jobs around the house when he has come over for a bigger project, and he has taken on those little jobs with aplomb.

Super disappointed in the manner in which tradesmen run their businesses these days. I called Tod to get a quote for some plumbing work, and he texted me confirming an 8-9am time-frame to come out and look at the work 5 days in advance. I texted Tod the night before to confirm the time he set only to have him reply the following morning and discover he changed the time-frame on me that *he* had already established and confirmed without notifying me. How about some basic communication??? If this is how they handle appointments for trying to win jobs, I can only imagine the level of communication I'd receive for the actual workday if changes came up. People like myself also have busy lives and we aren't just sitting around our homes with nothing to do to accommodate a change in appointment time without prior notice. Home owners have lives too, and we make plans accoording to what we're told and given by any given tradesman. As a former tradesman myself, keeping a timely schedule was pivotal in demonstrating a basic ability to run your business courteously, timely, and professionally. Consideration for others goes a long way in running a successful business, not just having the ability to pick and choose jobs due to a high demand. 2 stars because he didn't ghost me, and actually forwarded me the number to his competitor which I now have to call, schedule, and wait for yet another appointment that may or may not be changed on me.
