Issue was not solved. Im Still having the same problem. Water is still coming out of my tubs. First night they came out and did not solve the issue, but was charged. Next morning they came out with owner and claimed to fix the issue but did not because I am still having the same issues. Called them today to explain but still wants to charge again to diagnose issue. Seems that the diagnosis should have been rectified the first time.

(Response to owner) I appreciate your response Mr. Rod, but I never received a formal quote from the business or a break down of services, which i assume would include diagnosis like i requested from you on 9/1/22 via e-mail. Futhermore, I was told by yourself that I did not have any root infiltration based on what you saw that day the street main sewer access.

These people are great. I would highly recommend that you look no further for a plumber than Tandem Plumbing. They were very reasonable, quick, and thorough. I will be using them again for any future assistance.

I used to love this plumber. Daniel always did good work, and the owner was very professional and down to earth. The last time I called them, they had raised their fee to more than $100 just to come out. The two guys who were here stayed about 15 minutes, pushed a button on my garbage disposal and told me I was good to go. They did fix the problem. Recently, I called Albritton, got much better treatment from the woman who answers their phone than the snippy one at Kim’s, and their fee to come out is only $65, which is what Kims used to be. Kim’s used to be my go-to plumber, but no more.

I had such a great experience with Plumbers911. I had a clogged kitchen sink after hours, I called them, they dispatched the repair guy in no time. The guy fixed my kitchen sink properly. Very satisfied with their work.

Needed a wall heater controller upgrade. They came out on time for a diagnostic and identified the solution in about 15 minutes. The parts were ordered and within a week, they returned (on time) and did a top-notch job for a reasonable price. They were there for as long as it took and were very professional. Also, their diagnostic fee was very reasonable and was waived in lieu of the job.
