This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Had an emergency clog/backup on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. 3 other locations couldn’t help until Tuesday at the earliest, but Roto-Rooter FW had their on-call rep call me back in half the time they said and arrived within 2 hours. I expected the ‘holiday’ bill to be a tough one to swallow, but the entire service was extremely reasonable and affordable. I will be switching my primary plumbing needs to RR FW from now on. Because of TIOGA Plumbing, I now believe in Christmas Miracles. My hot water heater stopped working and since I had used TIOGA before (& really liked the work they did), I called them to take a look. Water heater is old but, I couldn’t afford to replace it. I told Clinton about how I needed to pay $4500 in taxes by Jan 31st, how my Dad passed away in September & I had to go back to work in order to keep the house so, I just couldn’t get a new water heater. I was stressing about the money just to have it Fixed. He told me he would be right back with some good news. Well, when he came back, he had removed all charges and voided the $750 down payment I gave him. Wade and Clinton are replacing my hot water heater right now and not charging me for anything. This is a Christmas Miracle ! These guys and this company are God sent. Besides being super honest, they are just wonderful people. I cannot express how thankful I am for them. It is.
