Best Running Water in Fort Worth TX
Terry and Lindsey are the best. We had a leak in two showers and the first plumber sent worsened the problem and argued on it. Lindsey took
It upon on herself to actually understand the problem and get the right plumber on the call. Without her customer obsession, we would have run into a big flood. Then she assigned Terry to the job. He is the best tech and plumber. His quality of work is excellent. I’m very impressed with his work quality and professionalism. Would recommend him and hire him for any future job.

Last Thursday evening just after 6 PM while doing laundry, I flushed the toilet and realized that the main sewer drain to my house was almost completely clogged. I called and got the recording that you had closed for the evening. Friday morning at 8 I called to make an appointment hoping to get the problem resolved before the weekend since I'm expecting company on Monday. I was told that your crews were booked up and would likely not be able to do the repair until Monday but you would try to work me in. Around 5:30 PM I got a call from your employee Brett M. who said he was on the way to my house. When he arrived alone, I recognized him from a previous service call about 8 months ago. On the previous service call he had a helper which made the job easier since to main access to my sewer line is the vent pipe on the roof. He worked until well after 6 taking 3 attempts to resolve my problem. I REALLY appreciate the great service from your business and employees like Brett helping me out before the weekend. I know what it's like to work late on a Friday evening but I got the same great service that I did the last time. You're lucky to have a great employee like him. Thanks again.

Lone Star (FTW office) sent Kevin and Jose out to our home on 1/10/19 through American Home Shield. Kevin quickly resolved a problem with the toilet that a previous plumber misdiagnosed. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Great work, Kevin and Jose.

Jason and Mondo were incredibly thorough. I had another plumber come out and quote me $30,000 for a reroute, and Jason came over as a second opinion and said that was completely unnecessary at this time. He fixed the issue in under an hour and for around only $200. He had a great attitude and was very patient in helping me understand what was going on. Highly recommend!

I had a water line break in the front of the house and a lot of water was pooling at the side of the house and in the yard. I called out home warranty company and they set up an appointment with Swat. I had called the problem in at 10 pm on Monday. Swat came out at 5 pm on Tuesday and told us that they would have to send someone else out because he couldn't fix it. They charged the visit fee of $75 according to my home warranty policy and said someone would be out tomorrow (but gave no time frame)to fix it. This was 36 hours after we had to turn off water to the house. Swat then came on Tuesday to fix the problem. They arrived around 115 pm on Tuesday and the guy was here for 10 minutes, did no diagnosis or leak detection, and told us he couldn't fix it. He said someone would come out the next day, now at almost 48 hours without water. Swat then called on Wednesday morning to schedule an appointment, which I declined. After not having any service completed for an expedited service in 2.5 days, I requested a different company from our home warranty provider. Swat had also requested I pay another $75 fee for the service provided on Wednesday . I declined as I told them I had paid for the visit when they were out on Tuesday. So now at 60 hours without any water in our house, we are waiting for another company to come out and hopefully we can have water before the 72 hour mark. Swat Plumbing has probably been the worst service experience I have ever witnessed and wouldn't ever use them again or recommend to anyone.
